Overview
A conversion-first rebuild plus treatment-education SEO, from 485 to 3,007 monthly sessions.
Boujee Nurse had 5,000+ treatments and 100+ five-star reviews — and almost nothing to show for it in Google. In one of the most competitive med-spa markets in the country, Faber House rebuilt the site to convert, then went after the searches patients actually make while deciding. Over four months, March to July 2026, sessions rose 520%, organic clicks 386%, and average position moved from page two to page one.
01Context
The Client
A great reputation nobody could find.
Established in 2022, Boujee Nurse had real traction offline — thousands of treatments and a wall of five-star reviews across two Denver locations, Downtown and Greenwood Village, for clients seeking natural-looking results.
But in one of the most competitive med-spa markets in the country, their organic footprint was thin and the website wasn’t built to convert the traffic it did get. Entrenched Denver players — Luxe Room, Restor Medical Spa, SkinLab, Simply Injectables — owned the core terms.

After: ~30 service and location pages targeting high-intent treatment terms, average position 10.3 → 7.9
- 02
Before: A website not optimised to convert or load quickly, with lingering 404s and no CMS
After: A conversion-first rebuild, 404s cleaned up, PageSpeed 86 / 84, and a CMS the client edits themselves
- 03
Before: A strong real-world reputation that wasn’t translating into local search visibility
After: Both Google Business Profiles optimised, biweekly posts, and a review strategy that converts reputation into the local pack
- 04
Before: Two physical locations that each needed to rank in their own local pack
After: A dedicated location page per address, with an embedded Google Map on each

The Challenge
- Gap 01
Entrenched competition
A 2022 brand up against Luxe Room, Restor Medical Spa, SkinLab and Simply Injectables, all of whom already owned the core Denver med-spa terms. The organic footprint was thin, and average position sat on page two.
- Gap 02
A site that couldn’t convert
The website wasn’t optimised to convert or load quickly, had lingering 404s, and had no CMS — so the client couldn’t self-serve, and the traffic that did arrive had nowhere good to land.
- Gap 03
Reputation without visibility
Thousands of treatments and 100+ five-star reviews across two locations, none of it translating into local search — and each address needed to rank in its own local pack.

Traffic to a site that doesn’t convert is a vanity metric. The foundation had to be fixed first — then fed with the searches patients actually make while deciding.
The Approach
Rebuild the machine, then feed it. The foundation first, then the searches patients actually make while deciding — not just the ones with the biggest volume.
- Step 01
Conversion-First Website Rebuild
We audited the existing site, then rebuilt it conversion-optimised: every page migrated, 10 additional pages added on request, a dedicated location page per address, an embedded Google Map, 404s cleaned up, and a CMS installed so the client can edit without coming back to us.
- Step 02
Bottom-of-Funnel & Treatment-Education SEO
Keyword research on high-intent treatment terms, ~30 service and location pages with full on-page optimisation, plus the recovery-and-timeline content patients search mid-decision — “microneedling recovery time”, “lip filler swelling stages”, “how long does Sculptra take to work”.
- Step 03
Google Map Pack & Local SEO
Both Google Business Profiles fully optimised, biweekly GBP posts throughout the engagement, citation building, and a review generation strategy to convert their offline reputation into local pack visibility.
- Step 04
Always-On Reporting
A live client dashboard pulling Google Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics into a single view, reviewed together on monthly strategy calls — so the client sees what’s moving without asking.

05 Takeaway
Page two to page one, and six times the traffic.
Pairing a conversion-first rebuild with treatment-education content and local optimisation took a two-year-old brand from 485 to 3,007 monthly sessions — a 6× lift — while moving average search position from page two to the bottom of page one. The site was fixed first, so the traffic that followed had somewhere to convert.
See how we’d do it for you.
